GENEROUS RESCHEDULING POLICY

Bethbearly, LLC counseling operates on a scheduled appointment basis. My goal is to provide quality mental health care to all my clients. Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. My generous rescheduling policy is not meant as a penalty or a punishment. The purpose of the policy is to hold both you and I accountable to our scheduled time together by setting mutual boundaries and expectations around attendance.

FEES FOR CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:

• Canceling WITH 24 HOURS (or more) NOTICE there is no fee

• Canceling WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE, the fee is $60.00

• Canceling THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, the fee is $100.00

• NOT CALLING AND/OR NOT ATTENDING the appointment, the fee is $200.00

These fees are NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE and will be automatically charged to your card on file unless other arrangements have been made. If other arrangements have not been made, please contact me immediately.

WHEN THE GENEROUS RESCHEDULING POLICY FEE IS WAIVED

The only exception to this generous rescheduling policy is in the event of an emergency or a serious or contagious illness. This is considered per incident and will be discussed with you if the need arises. In the event of prohibitive weather, your session can be conducted on video.

FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS OR MISSED APPOINTMENT

Frequent rescheduling (3 or more in 6 months or 2 consecutive) and/or missed appointments (no show) may result in the termination of treatment. If you have arranged to have recurring appointments, the next recurring appointment will stay in the calendar. Therefore, please contact me if you choose to reschedule or cancel that appointment to avoid being charged a second fee. The recurring appointment will be removed after the second consecutive No call/No show.
