Do you accept insurance?
Each therapist operates independently. Some are in network with the following insurance carriers: Aetna, Independence BCBS, Cigna, Geisinger, Highmark, Magellan, Optum, Tricare Select, Tricare Reserve Select, Tricare for LIFE Beneficiaries, and UPMC.

How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Contact your therapist directly, they will reschedule the appointment with you.

What are sessions like?
The first appointment with a therapist is spent developing a trusting relationship with you. During this session you may want to identify what brought you to therapy and what you would like to work on together.
Following sessions will help you develop ways to help you move forward.

What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
If you have not already sent your therapist your insurance cards, just bring yourself and your insurance card.

Will I get a reminder for my Appointment
You will get a reminder for your appointment through an automated system 24 hours before your appointment.

How do I pay for my appointment

How are virtual appointments conducted?
Each therapist uses a HIPPA compliant platform to connect with you virtually. Appointment reminder emails and/or text messages will forward you the information you need to connect, prior to each appointment.
